Assorted Sandwich Platters: $7.25 pp. Choose any combination of our custom designed sandwiches or go ahead and build your own. Make it really easy and let us put together a tasteful selection of our handcrafted fresh sandwiches on a variety of breads and wraps. Platters come with fresh dill pickle spears.

Meat and Cheese Platters: $6.25 pp. Domestic, imported or maybe both. Let us put together a flavorful selection of our premium meats and cheeses to complement any occasion.

Fresh Deli Salads: $2.00 pp. Complete your order by selecting one or a combination of our freshly made potato, cole slaw or pasta salads.

Dessert Trays: $1.50 pp. For something sweet to finish off your meal, try a nice selection of our homemade and freshly baked chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin or fudge brownies to satisfy the sweet tooth.

Boxed Lunches: Backcountry Provisions was built around the boxed lunch. Catering to professional outfitters throughout Northwest Colorado and Wyoming, we pride ourselves on making your next adventure a delicious one. Choose one of our custom packages below or design your own.*

Day Hiker: $6.00 pp. This lunch includes a half sandwich, menu or custom, chips and a fresh baked dessert.

Backpacker: $8.95 pp This lunch includes a full sandwich, menu or custom, chips and a fresh baked dessert.

Fruit: $1.50 pp (seasonal)
Drinks: $2.50 pp
